Refund Policy

Mr Desarrollos Inteligentes wants you to be happy with AI Super Helpers. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions.

Eligibility

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your original order date or your most recent renewal date. After the 30-day window, subscription payments are non-refundable; you can still cancel at any time to prevent future renewals.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund:

1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout. You can request a refund directly from there.

2. Or contact us at hello@mrdesarrollos.com with your order details and we'll help you through Paddle.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer and typically take 5–10 business days.

Cancellations

Canceling your subscription stops future renewals. You keep access to paid features until the end of the current billing period.
