Terms of Service

1. Who you are contracting with

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Mr Desarrollos Inteligentes ("we", "us", "our") for your use of the AI Super Helpers website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

2. Acceptance

By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.

3. The Service

AI Super Helpers provides a curated library of mega-prompts and productivity helpers for use with AI tools. Available features depend on your subscription tier.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
• Send spam, malware, or attempt to compromise the security of the Service;
• Probe, scrape, or reverse engineer the Service;
• Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
• Generate illegal content, hateful content, deepfakes intended to deceive, or content that violates the rights of third parties;
• Resell or redistribute the Service or its outputs as a competing product without our written consent.

5. AI outputs — accuracy and responsibility

The Service helps you generate prompts and content using third-party AI models. You are responsible for the prompts you submit, the outputs you use, verifying accuracy, and ensuring you have the rights to any input content. Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and are not a substitute for professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise).

6. Intellectual property

We retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including its software, prompt library, design, branding, and documentation. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within the limits of your subscription. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you own the content you create using the Service.

7. Payments and subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly cycle and renew automatically until canceled. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms in addition to these Terms.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the billing period for which you have paid. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, create security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our policies. You may stop using the Service at any time by closing your account.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is capped at the amounts you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (such as for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence).

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. We'll notify you of material changes; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Mr Desarrollos Inteligentes is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, except where mandatory consumer protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
